Signal Tower Combo is one of AVTECH's hardware solutions for "Real-Time Event Alerting with Signal Lights, Temperature & Sensor Monitoring". It includes all of the same features as the Room Alert 4E with the addition of an included mounting bracket, external tower light and tower light connection cable. It is designed specifically to assist with computer room temperature and environment monitoring in multiple locations simultaneously, while visually alerting staff and logging temperature and environment sensor status/data for immediate alert notification, historical review and graphing. The Signal Tower Combo allows alert notifications via visual lights, email, email-to-SMS, SNMP and more to devices like computers, mobile phones, BlackBerrys, pagers and PDAs. The Signal Tower Combo offers an easy to use web browser interface for settings changes and viewing real-time temperature and environment sensor status from anywhere.
The Signal Tower Combo integrates easily with any SNMP enabled device on the network. The visual lights can be turned on or off via SNMP Trap or SNMP Set commands. This capability allows the Signal Tower Combo to be mounted in a location where the tower lights are highly visible and can be activated by alarms detected by the connected sensors or by other devices remotely across the network.

The Signal Tower Combo package includes a license for AVTECH's powerful Device ManageR software, an advanced solution for the discovery, management, logging, graphing, alerting and more of AVTECH's IT & Facilities Environment Monitoring hardware. It runs as a Windows Service and automatically discovers AVTECH's hardware units or Axis IP cameras across the network, allowing users to immediately be informed when environmental thresholds are passed. Device ManageR's web browser interface allows users to view and manage any or all units on their network, graph and log sensor data in real-time or over a specified date range, send out alerts if an issue or event arises, and much more.
The Signal Tower Combo monitors environments like small phone or wiring closets, critical rack cabinets and larger computer rooms or data centers. Since the Signal Tower Combo is connected via Ethernet and does not require a host PC for operation, it can be located anywhere an Ethernet connection is available. Sensors can be run inside a rack cabinet, air vent, sub floor or other location. Room Alert Signal Tower will help to protect valuable IT equipment and minimize downtime if a disaster does occur.
